What a busy days that I had. On Saturday I race in Duluth and as you know the main protagonist in the race was hard wind.

In all my life I´ve never seen a picture of the end of the year as winter due to the snow in these parts of the Mediterranean is so rare as a sunny day in the UK.
Oita´s Abyss
The alarm starts ringing so quickly and I’m still stunned on the bed. It´s so hard to wake up and I realize that´s I´ve been dreaming all night around. It´s like an automatic routine and first of all I do is measure my resting hear rate which is between 35 and 40 beats “Oh Yeah”.
Family still growing
Daniela will be one year next week and her sister Ana will be born next 22nd December by the way she´s a little bit bigger than Daniela with 26 weeks and is already 1Kg.
